Communications Requests

Student Affairs Communications asks that project requests are submitted at least 3-4 weeks prior to your project deadline. Our project management meetings are held on Mondays and Thursdays, so please allow 24 hours after these meetings for your assigned project manager to follow-up with you on your request.



*To access the Digital Signage Submission Portal, users must be on a hard-wired, on-campus connection. If on wi-fi, users must also enable the university VPN and connected via the "VT Traffic" setting.
