Dining Data, Systems, and Procurement
The Dining Data, Systems, and Procurement team supports the operational and strategic needs of Dining Services through technology, purchasing, and analytics. Our responsibilities include:
- Maintaining MICROS register systems for walk-up guest transactions.
- Supporting Grubhub mobile ordering systems across campus.
- Processing purchase requests for Dining Services operations.
- Managing inventory of critical items stored at our on-campus warehouse.
- Procuring goods and equipment for renovations and large-scale Dining projects.
- Administering contracts for Dining Services vendors and partners.
- Generating reports and insights to support Dining’s Leadership and Management Teams.
- Providing data analysis and feedback for Dining-related initiatives.
- Ensuring compliance with Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS).
