What is the Hokie Family Ambassador Program?
The Hokie Family Ambassadors Program is an opt-in membership experience for Virginia Tech families and supporters who want to strengthen their connection to the university while becoming part of a vibrant community of Hokie families.
Through engagement opportunities, shared experiences, and exclusive benefits from participating partners, Ambassadors gain additional ways to connect with fellow families, stay engaged with Virginia Tech, and contribute to a welcoming and connected university community. An annual membership investment supports initiatives that enhance the student experience while creating meaningful opportunities for families to remain engaged throughout their Hokie journey. The Hokie Family Ambassadors Program is a community building initiative and is not intended to serve as a governing council or advisory board.

Membership Gifts
Families who contribute $500 annually, or participate in the monthly payment plan totaling $500 per year, are officially recognized as Hokie Family Ambassadors. Contributions are made per family, not per individual.
